TIGER/Line® Boundary Files (Demographic) Metadata
On this page you can download Census 2000 TIGER/Line® (Topologically Integrated Geographic Encoding and Referencing system) boundary files. These TIGER/Line® files contain boundaries for which the Census Bureau tabulates data. If you would like further information on TIGER® data, take a look at the TIGER Technical Documentation (PDF) or the TIGER/Line® Metadata file from the US Census Bureau. You could also download the "Standard Extract Files" - TIGER® boundary data with the most commonly used census variables extracted from the Summary File 1 dataset.

Please select at least one geographic level, choose a coordinate system, whether the polygons are clipped for water, and then click "Download".
