Demographic Profiles Updated 8/19/02
On this page you can download Census 2000 Demographic Profiles data for the State of Delaware. A profile includes four tables that provide various demographic, social, economic, and housing characteristics for the state, county, places, metropolitan areas, and American Indian and Alaska Native areas. It includes 100-percent and sample data from the decennial censuses. There are four tables in the Demographic Profile, labeled (DP-1 thru DP-4). For Census 2000 data, the DP-1 table is created from 100-percent count data, and the other three tables are based from sample data. Please use caution in comparison studies. Please select the geographic level you desire and click "download". Each download will contain all four Demographic Profile tables for the selected geography.

NOTE - Data are in Excel (.xls) format. All four tables for the selected geography are contained within a single Excel file and will be compressed. These data can be accessed using WinZip on PC or gzip/tar on Unix.
